At Brooksquare, we put our heart and soul into every item we create because we know you expect the best. Quality is at the core of what we do, and we never see our work as just another product - we want each piece to be special!

In the rare case that you’re not completely happy with your order, we’re here to help. Since your item is personalized, we’re unable to accept returns unless there’s a quality issue. If you do notice a problem, please reach out within 48 hours of receiving your order by phone or email, and we’ll work with you to find the best solution - whether that’s a replacement or a refund.

We also want you to feel confident when placing your order! Every item goes through a careful quality check before and after printing. If we spot any issues, we’ll reprint it before sending it your way. It’s very rare that a customer receives an item they’re not thrilled with, but if you have any concerns at all, don’t hesitate to contact us - we’re always happy to help!
